need help on oil cooler pipes and bolts

Hi all ive been changing my oil cooler pipes as they rusted to hell but the pipes that come from the engine not sure what its called its a small unit that the pipes clamp into have rounded off so i had to drill one off.The problem is they are not your average size im pretty sure they are 6.5mm no more than 7mm for sure and i cant get them from anywhere so far,so i wondered if anyone can help me i only need one!!or two if pos.Also goinog back to this module/unit where the pipes are clamped together the clamp bolt had to be drilled too but i made abit of a pigs ear of it so i need another one does anyone have one i could buy??or should i buy a brand new one?? thanks for any help

i know where you mean, but can remember what they look like lol. but anyway, i would suggest getting a genuine new volvo part from the stealers for that job. also, at the rad/oil cooler side, renew all the rubber seals and the c clips which hold the pipe onto to rad cooler. i say this, cos it only a few quid to spend and if you cherish your car, you wouldnt want them coming off or leaking, which would ruin the engine. if you look on the back of the volvo club magazine, it tells you which stealer dealer gives 10% off the price. u will need your membership numeber at hand. good luck
